Gregg Goodman
I have been in radio for 11 years. I have been in Christian radio for the past three years.
Greg has spent fully half of his life in radio, working in various formats before finding the music. Greg delights in making others laugh. An admitted Diet Coke addict, he drinks two cans in a normal broadcast. His other admitted weakness is buttered popcorn. Greg likes to read in his spare time. A newlywed, he is enjoying life with his wife, Debbie, their dog Buddy and cat, Josie. I became a Christian when I was 8 years old. It is great to be able to combine my beliefs and career. My favorite thing in the world is to laugh and hear others laughing. So, If you listen to me, don’t be surprised if I try to get a giggle out of you. I am a Diet Coke® addict!

Wade McShane
Wade first became interested in radio by winning radio contests when he was just 14. By 16, he was on the air. He is a veteran of mainstream CHR, AC, News/Talk and Oldies radio in his native Southern California, and his production has won two ADDY awards and five ADDY Certificates of Recognition. He was also a contributor to a Golden Mike award for earthquake coverage, and an Emmy-award winning CBS sports feature. After joining Salem, Wade served as Morning Show host from 1994-1999, during which time he met his future wife at, what else, an on-air remote. As Operations Manager, he continues to oversee much of the production, as well as his on-air duties. He also produces and co-hosts the weekly syndicated program, “The CCM Radio Magazine.” And he's experienced in video and print work - everything from a doctor, lawyer, car salesman, and Ask Jeeves butler, to featured extra work in music videos and the original 'Saved by the Bell.' Wade married his beautiful wife Rachelle in April 1998. They have two sons, Matthew and Andrew.

His mature leadership and demonstrated ability to grow highly rated radio stations makes him a perfect fit for our Nashville-based music programming operations." Kim Bindel joined MIRACLE 89.1 FM recently. Some of her other radio work includes KWLD in Plainview, TX, KSLT in Rapid City, SD and Free 107 in Lubbock, TX. Kim is originally from Santa Fe, NM and was a fan of Contemporary Christian music at an early age. Kim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wayland Baptist University. In her early teens, Christian music was hard to find. She stumbled across a radio station that played music from Second Chapter of Acts, Petra, Sweet Comfort Band, etc. The first thing she ever won was a cassette from that station. Kim says, “Countless times songs were played that I needed to hear. I think many listeners can relate to that effect Christian radio has on their own lives.” Her favorite movie is 'It's a Wonderful Life.' Her favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6, and her favorite people are her daughters, Lauren and Alexia
